At Summer Vibe by Body Fantasy, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Sale or discounted items
Items marked as Final Sale
Innerwear, accessories, or customized products (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us at support@summervibe.lk within the return period
Provide your order number and reason for return
Our team will guide you through the return process

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable courier service
Summer Vibe by Body Fantasy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
